Held in the salons of the George V for three years, the Forum welcomed over 400 managers from the hotel industries in France and Europe across three half days of presentations and exchanges around thematic round tables. In addition to the minutely detailed data, provided in presentations by experts from MKG Hospitality, participants greatly appreciated the quality of discussions, in which fundamental trends were revealed that are already upsetting the hospitality universe.With such a public, informal discussion at each break –transformed into business meetings– were at least as important.
